Join our team and find a rewarding career! Job Description This is a full time driver position with PAC Xpress Logistics LLC! We are a newer Delivery Service Partner ready to deliver packages for Amazon in a company provided Amazon branded vehicle wearing an Amazon branded uniform.

- Commercial, DOT, CDL (or work-related) driving experience is a plus, but not mandatory
- As we grow, supervisory roles will be available
Position Summary: Drives company-provided van with capacity of less than 10,000 pounds to transport, load and unload packages to and from specified destinations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Successfully handle and deliver packages on time
- Safely drive and perform safety inspections on company vehicle
- Follow all local & state laws, road/driving regulations, and company policies
- Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction despite stressful events / conditions
- Keep pace in physically demanding job; work in all weather conditions and on various routes; lift packages (up to 50 lbs.); get in and out of a van repeatedly throughout the day at variable locations
- Communicate effectively with support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed
- Use smart phone device for GPS Navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communicate with supervisors and other team members
- Load and unload packages in delivery vehicle
- Support the team in daily work requirements including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routes
Education Requirements: - High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
Supervises: Physical Demands and Work Environment: The physical demands and work environment characteristics described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential job function of this job. These include:
- Physical Demands: Employee is required to stand, walk, sit and drive a company- provided vehicle. Employee is required to be able to lift up to 50lbs each package.
- Work Environment: Be ready to deliver in rain, snow, or sunshine in rural and city areas.
Requirements: - Must be at least 21 years old
- Must hold a non-provisional, unrestricted driver's license
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Must pass a 4-panel drug screening
- Must have a clean motor vehicle report (multiple violations can disqualify you from the position)
Work Authorization Requirements: - United States Work Authorization is required.
